LOMAC TURISMO 7.0 - Company policy

  1. For the self-drive option, the customer must have a valid nautical licence proving competence.
  2. At the end of the established period, the customer meets the Quantum Yacht team and returns the full tank of fuel.
  3. A cash deposit of €1,000 will be requested, which will be returned if no damage is recorded. Any damage recorded will result in the full amount being withheld.
  4. Customers are prohibited from entering caves and/or beaches.
  5. Always keep a distance of 300 metres from the coast.
  6. No drinking and driving.
  7. The customer is not authorised to embark or disembark, except at the port of departure.
  8. It is not permitted to fish, nor to bring fishing rods, harpoons or any other fishing equipment on board.
  9. Customers must remain within the navigation zone or the deposit will be retained for the payment of Maritime Fines.
  10. If the navigation area is exceeded and damage occurs, full compensation and damage costs will be charged to the customer.
  11. Any legal disputes will be resolved in the Portimão District Court in Portugal.
